Swimming at Jolyn’s this morning. The sauna almost killed Dc and I.
The time meter was supposed to time for 15 minutes. We were sweating like water pigs already and the meter was still at 5 minutes. We thought that time really passed that slow, and decided to jump into the pool to join Frances and Jolyn.
That was when we realized that the time meter in the sauna played us out. Luckily we were not so stupid to stay until that “15 minutes” is over. You’d probably find 2 person faint inside.
Lunched at LJS, Dc and Jolyn homed. 960 to Marina with Frances. She went for her training and I went to collect my runners’ tee.
